Good morning students~
Chey. Just trying to say the words that i'll have to say coutless times in a few years time if i choose the NIE career path.
Yesterday was a great day, as i got to hang out with the two guy-people i love the most (outside of family members).
My best guy friend, Kimi Manjaa (aka Hakim)
The other half (aka Faris)
Hakim and i were supposed to meet at 12pm at the BoonLay control station. I personally smsed him at 11:40, asking
to which he replied
And so i assumed that he got the message that i didnt want him to be late as usual. So i got out of the house at 1145, and walked towards the busstop. At 1155am, my hp rang
So fine, i let 3 buses go by, and boarded the 4th bus at 1205pm. Reached Boon Lay int at around 1210pm, and waited...
and waited...
and waited...
and waited...
That aarrsseeehooooleee arrived at 12:30, grinning to himself, that he has once again broken the record for being late. Buh! Felt fuming and like strangling him, but since its been so long since ive seen him, and the fact that he had on a macho new hairdo (and not to forget the fact that im kindhearted), i forgave him.
The seminar was held in a very formal session, and was a tad too boring. Me and kim were like whispering to ourselves and making stupid comments, and i could tell the Makcik beside me was kinda irritated by the buzzing we made. teeheehee.
However, i cannot say that it was useless, cuz i learnt that on the 3rd year of the 5year bond (after the 4 year course), if my performance as a teacher is good, MOE will give me a scholarship to get a degree in Malay. and the best part is, its for FREE. ahaha. Faddy likes free stuff.
Ek ehh Hakim Hencem!
After the seminar, Kim treated me to KFC. Scrumptious chickeeen. We chat and caught up with each other's lives, and cracked lame jokes like we always did in our secondary school days. *ponders* I do miss those days.
Headed off to study with the other half at West Coast Park, cuz him and i, being students, do have a lot of homework to do, unlike Hakim, who complained that he had nothing to do. Buh! Count your lucky stars bebeh.
But but but, we didnt actually got around to do much work lah. Did like 3 or 4 questions, then we just chatted the evening away. He then nodded of to sleep for a while, whilst i enjoyed the evening breeze while watching children run about and reading a play on Hang Tuah and Hang Jebat, two famous Malay warriors.
On the way home, the other half held my hand, and we continued our banter, with his iPod being the background singer. We laughed at stupid songs, at stupid jokes and spend the whole time tinkering with his iPod. For a while there i remembered the times we used to spend together during the holidays, where we have no deadlines or whatnots haunting us whenever we go out, where we actually talk on the bus instead of being on each other's nerves due to our crankiness which was a result of a day of being in school.
