I miss my schooling days with Rhino and Pig, sitting in a row and making a fool out of ourselves. Cracking jokes (mostly rooting from anything which has got to do with "aliens", "space" or stuff like that), whacking each other (mostly me and Claire), turning around to gossip with Michelle, Snow Lin and Meliza. Then we'd be like fooling around, talking nonsense and disturbing Kalpana and YinSing up front. Ms Vicky Loh would always be picking on us. Sigh. Those were the days..

I'd actually wanted to blog about the outing with Nasuha and Malihha, but deary Nas couldnt pass me the pics now. Sad isnt it? We shall see when my next inspiration will come.

My blog entries are getting more mundane these days. Blame it on my tight schedule. Blame it on the "haunted" computer. Blame it on everything else but myself. haha! Neh, im just too tired at times. Why not? When i reach home at around 8pm everyday, read through my notes and stuff, plonk myself on the bed, call the other half and fall asleep till the next morning, where i wake up at 5am. The routine continues.

Its becoming such a chore actually. I find myself hesistant in getting to school, in facing all those lectures in which i find myself sleeping/snoring (whichever is applicable) in.

Which reminds me, a rather funny incident occured in school today. We were in our History tutorial (about SEA) and the class consisted of less then 10 students and the teacher in the airconditioned classroom. So we were having a rather lighthearted discussion about the beginnings of christianity and about the bible being more of human-opinions, when suddenly, my hp vibrated, and screamed (a very very cute voice but the volume was LOUD)

"ALAMAK! Ada message lah!" (Alamak! Got message lah!)

I quivered in my seat, pee threatening to overflow as i stared at the teacher. I could feel the eyes of my classmates on me, and on the teacher (she gets mad even when a PEN drops on the floor). Silence prevailed for 3 seconds. And surprisingly, she laughed and asked "What in God's name was that?!" After intense apologising on my part and stuff, she said

"Usually i don't condone such behaviour at all, but due to the cuteness and uniqueness of the ringtone, you're forgiven."

Ripples of relief-laughter went through the class, the loudest being from me. I still could keep my darling handphone! yay!

I have signed up for the NIE seminar which will be held on the 5th of Feb, 1pm to 230pm. I've come to a decision, that if i dont make it to JJC, i'll enroll in the said 9yr program and attain a diploma in Malay instead of getting to Poly and enrolling myself in something which i have no interests in.

The other half just informed me that he has hockey trainings on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday till around 830pm. He too has ventures on Saturdays. I have a feeling i'll be seeing him lesser and lesser.

Aww shucks.
Quote of the day:

"Goreng pisang uses banana isit?"

or

"What is Twisties?"

Oh wow. 17 years on this earth and my classmates still ask this kinda questions. I was dumbfounded and flabbergasted.

Theres a couple of free drama (i think) performances tomorrow at the Substation from 8 to 10pm. Temptations. I may be going with Nazeera, Sanghita and Shamini.

However, circumstances may not allow it.

Rambling of thoughts. Not linking. Sigh.

O Level results in 27 days.

Did you know?

That the S.R. in President Nathan's name stands for Sellapan Rama?

Or that there is an awesome 0.0% poverty in Singapore?

That our GDP/capita is a whopping (compared to other countries in this region) US$24 700?

That we have an unemployment rate of 4.7%?

Or that the literacy rate is 93.5%?

And that the main religion is Buddhism followed by Islam?

Ok apparently Faddy is completing her History homework which has to be handed in by tomorrow. Good night then. She still has to complete filling the blanks for Indonesia, Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Click here if you're interested to learn more about any country in the world.

And yes, i shall blog about the outing with Malihha and Nas when i have the time and ambience. Just keep in mind that Nas and I reached home at around 1am. *Gasp*

Andrew: Uhm.. Hi?

Angela: Hello! Thanks for the comments. Erm apparently you live on the other side of the world, so even if i were to tell you where i got mine, it wouldnt matter wont it? hehehehe.

Ashrithaa aka Rhino: Uhm. Whatever. hahahaha. I love you too Rhino. So cool sia even after 1 mth we still contact2 and go out. Btw is the pig mad at me for that insult i smsed (and you agreed) her?

Aziz: hahahaha. Cikgu DieLah. Wat sey Aziz. haha! Im going to the seminar ah, but 80% chances i'll be continuing my life in JJC as i prefer to teach Malay in Secondary/JC level, or deal with Psychology. teeeheehee.

Dayak: WAT SIA u got other band? Complain no money no time no dono-wat-else and now you say you got another band. BUH! (Padahal faddy jeles sebab faddy takde org nak aja main guitar atau pi jamming. boohoohoo) hahhahaha. I like that pic too! Minus the fact that my hands look guyish. Bluek!

Diana: Haha. ok thats good Dik. One advice k? Take one step at a time. Dun get into things to fast. :)

Ditri: haha! Now that kak ditri mentioned it, my hands do look guyish! haha! Im wearing the greenband, and my hands are much much smaller and cuter then the other half's in real life. Must be some angle effect from the camera. hehe!

James: Uhm. Are you like James from JJC? hahha. anyway, im happily and blissfully attached, and i do know that this is a prank. haha!

Kinky: Not anymore dear. He now has an iPod. (Stick those eyes back into their sockets girl. hehe!)

Malihha: ahhaa. ok beb im going with you. BUT first things first; I STILL DONO HOW TO SIGN UP LAH! hahahha. anyway everione got it lah. it was even advertised in the papers. MOE is getting desperate. hahaha!

Nazeera: Awwwww!! Hehe. thanks again beb, even tho i couldnt tap the card. haha! Damn maybe SBS has installed a program to match the person with the card. wahhaha. (inside joke)

Xiuz: Er. I really really dont understand waddabubba you talking about? Sorry if i hurt/discriminate you unknowingly Astroboy. Anyway, i seriously dont understand your entries at all nowadays. Bad. this is bad.
Things to take note of:

Scenario 1
My comp's being another pain in the ass for the second time this month. It refuses to load properly, it hangs every 45 mins or so, it moves at an increasingly slow rate, weird noises seem to be emitted from the CPU, my internet connection somehow slowed down to an almost 56kb/s timing, and the CD tray keeps spinning even though no CD is in it.

Conclusion:

My computer is haunted.

Scenario 2
I desperately have a lot of things to blog about, but given the conditions of this pathetic machinery i am working on, ive lost my mood. Not to mention i am so superly busy these days; going out with the other half, with Nasuha and Malihha, helping out at my mom's shop, talking to old friends on the phone etc. So entries will be delayed for a moment.

Conclusion:

Faddy is loved by many and thus wanted by all.
.
.
.

As if.

Before i begin, special shoutouts to Nazeera for lending me her Ez-link when i lost mine for the second time. Thanks alot beb! Muacks!

See those bands? They're to symbolise a blind athlete and his running partner. By wearing it, im the blind guy who has potential but needs guidance and the other half would be the person who guides me. Aww.

Gosh i think too much!

The other half came over today to complete his General Paper homework on my com, as his printer lacks in ink. Worry naught, we were under the watchful eyes of my brothers, my mom as well as my dad. haha!

Had a great time talking to him and us cracking jokes with my brother, Fauzi. Its like one happy family. heh. Insyallah. Then after he completed his work, and hesistantly transferred to my com around 900 plus songs to my com from his Zen touch, i sent him to the bus stop.

To which, my mom said

"Why the girl send the guy to the busstop? So illogical."

And to which my reply was

"Times have changed Mak. There's no difference whether you're a guy or a girl. Even girls work nowadays what. Anyway, i enjoy talking to him along the way, and im too ugly to be raped by any Banglas on the way home, so you dont worry k?"

She gave me one of those daggering stares and proceeded with the household chores. Which reminds me, the neighbour next door now works with my mom. Thats like so weird since her (my neighbour) father is my Malay teacher. Hmm.

Malay Malay. I think everyone got the mail. Im really considering taking the offer, but out of the millions i asked, only 2 people supported me; my mom, and the other half. Sigh.

Reply to tags:

Aziz: Aiyah you big already, dah keja mana dapat duit raya lagi! haha! And yes, it was one hell of a sight seeing someone jacking at an MRT. takde keje seh. i think he's mentally retarded or sumthing. Hmm. my first hp was a 3210 too! And i was so so super proud of it. haha! Now i wun even be seen with it seh! And no, i wont be called Cikgu Fad. I'd be called Cikgu Dilah. Kan mcm sweet gitu? wahhahah! Panjang nyer my reply! haha!

Dayak: You should have seen it man. Gross. *pukes* Btw, your webby no more tagboard? And you dont paham what im writing? boohooohooooo.

Diana: Hello! Hows my brother treating you?

Ditri: Haha! Belikan akak camera? faddy takde sen lah. kalau camera main2 faddy boleh belikan. Yang picit nnti dia main lagu2. Kak nak?

Duan: haha! You psychic or sumthin? haha. He does have plans to open a 2nd hand hp shop next time. heh! you have a nice day ahead too!

Kinky: Sorry beb. Those dishes aint in today's menu. wahhaa!

Lisa: LIS!!! Haiyo?! what the bubba has happened?

Nazeera: Buh! You got 80 bucks?! Thats so unfaiir! Nehmind. rezeki masing2. Bersyukur dengan apa yang ada kan? hehehe!

Waga waga: Mcm kat TV? LOL. klaka eh kamu. hahha. so what would you do with the bangla in the ambulance? *ponders* haha.. and yes, kids nowadays do scare me. bleah! but i still want a kid of my own someday. hehe!

Xiuz: Lalala! Yes the other half is nuts. But i do love him all the same. awww. wahha.

Off to bed i go. and i dont think im making sense.

An ultraformal important looking letter from the MOE arrived today. 2 questions flooded into my mind when i the envelope was entrusted into my hands:

- Oh God did i like fail my OLevels terribly or something?
- Oh God did i like fail my OLevels terribly or something?

Haha! Yeah, i was so beyond scared to open it. But i took a couple of deep breaths, and braced myself for the worst.

An invitation to enter a 4year NIE course to be a Malay teacher, all tution expenses sponsored (and a monthly salary which increases anually on top of that), after my OLevel results come out. The minimum requirements i have to say, are achievable, and are of my standard. And after the course, i'll have a 5year bond with MOE to be a malay primary school teacher in a primary school somewhere in the sunny island of Singapura.

I have to ponder, did everyone my age in the whole of Singapore got this invitation? My mom was like super proud of me when i told her about the invitation, i suspect she thinks only a selected few got it. Hehe! If you're awaiting for your OLevel results, did you get the invite?

Another brochure fell out, pictures of smiling teachers surrounded with diligent students pasted on its front cover. Buh! Who is MOE trying to kid? haha..

Lalala. Im tempted by the fact that i'll start earning my own buckeroos and becoming a teacher even though i've not entered University as of yet. But a primary school teacher? Hmm. Scary lah. Im scared of primary school kids.

Im scared if they'll poop/pee on the floor. Or if they'll ask me questions regarding the birds and the bees. Or if i accidentally say a foul word (you know how untamed my mouth can be). Or the fact that i'll have to teach Malay from the start. You know the structure of sentences etc. Brrr. Scary.

Apologies for that diversion. So as i was saying, i dont really know what to do. Lalala. What will happen to my dreams of attaining a degree in Psychology, to be a counsellor? And what will happen if i get retrenched after the 5year bond since i wont have a degree? Aaaaah.

Pening!

I was reading my latest archives, and feel that something was missing in all of them. I have no idea what is lacking, so if someone can enlighten me, i'll be as pleased as a pie.

I'm tired and i have no idea what to blog about. hmm. oh yes. I've been wanting to blog about this someday, so since the other half and i have discussed about it over a Banana Split and a Sticky Chewy, the time has come.

The entry for today -

Handphones that have been used by the other half in the past 7 months. It will not be in chronological order, as we've given up trying to figure out which comes first.

Note: Please dont read if you think this is a show-off kinda thing. Its just interesting to not down his activities and laugh about it in the future. We sure did have a good laugh whilst brainstorming at Swensens just now.

The Nokia 3310. The phone he started off with, after his phone got stolen by Mats.

The Nokia 7210. This phone was used twice.

The Sony Ericsson T610.

The Sony Ericsson T630.

The Sony Ericsson Z600.

The Nokia 3650.

The Nokia 8910i.

The Nokia 7610. If im not mistaken this phone lasted a meagre 8 hours.

The Nokia 6230. He used this model thrice.

The Nokia 6260. This phone was used twice. However, the other half is aiming to use a black one next.

The Nokia 6600. A symbian phone. I particularly like using this phone. This phone was used twice.

The Sony Ericsson k700i. He used it twice. I'm considering trading my current phone with this. Should i?

The Sony Ericsson s700i. The best picture quality phone so far.

The Nokia 7600. He used it 4 times. Due to the phone's 3G capabilities, its first hand price is still a whopping 700++ even though it was released long ago.

The Nokia 7200. The current phone in his hands. I predict the phone will disappear by next week.

Madness, yes?

10:19pm Newsflash

A Bangladeshi man around the age of 30 years old was reported to be wanking off under the void deck of block *** (i forgot lah). He was found in a semi-lying state, his zip unzipped and his fried black birdie in his grasp. Four girls, mainly the blogger, and her three other friends (names withheld to provide safety in case the Bangla man reads this) were walking back home from school along the never-deserted path outside their school, when they came across the situation.

The blogger, in an attempt to stop the man from from doing his deeds, shouted "Police!" but to no avail. The man, however, got up, moved closer to the busstop (which was in full view of anyone who alighted at that particular stop) and continued jerking off.

Seeing a rather upset friend, the blogger dialled 999 for the police, and gave a detailed description of the man. However, the police called back and said that the man was no longer at the scene of the crime.

Therefore, if any of you blogders happen to see a Bangladeshi man with unkempt shoulderlength hair, green shirt as well as faded jeans wanking off, please call the police at 999.

The arsehooole (please pronounce it ala the baby in Meet the Fockers) looks somewhat like this:

Ok he doesnt look like that, but the above story is entirely true and not made up. haha! Wat an arse. I keep seeing people jerking off in public places. Ok maybe not "keep seeing", but a similar experience happened aboard a rather crowded MRT train. A boy from Bukit Batok Sec was wanking off, his school bag covering his left side, a NewPaper covering his front, and apparently he forgot that the glass window to his right is transparent. dot dot.

So after the rather traumatising experience, i met the other half to have our talking after school sessions yet again. Accompanied him to upgrade his 7200 (yes, he changed phones again. yawn. hehehe) software at the Jurong Point Nokia Care center, where i made friends cum helped a fellow customer, a non-english speaking Indon lady to communicate with the Nokia person. Yes, i am a nice person. haha!

I am currently quite pissed cuz i have misplaced my red spectacles and still have not managed to find it even after 2 days (stop laughing at me Is). So i either go about the household with an uncomfortable contact lens in my eyes, or go about with arms outstretched trying hard not to bump into things.

Yesterday after studying the whole day with the other half at an overcrowded West Coast Park, i finally met up with Hakim and Nas! Oh God how i've missed them. So as per normal we talked basically lots of bullshit and stuff. Nas's other half, Farez, arrived at around 930 in his attire as he was from a gig. The four of us just chatted and joked around till 1030, where we took 243W back home.

Farez and Nas wanted to send me all the way to my voiddeck, so i agreed. However, along the way, Farez kept scaring me with ghost stories, and had no choice but to accompany me all the way till level four.

Which reminds me. Farez and his mates are collecting donations for a non-profitable organisation to help fund a group of deaf-kids outing to the zoo. So if you wanna make a donation, any amount will do, please sms me at 94562544 and i'll get back to you where you can pass me the money. Trust me, this does not go to any Faddy-need-sumthing funds.

Kimmi Manjaaa my best guy friend.

Kim Faddy and Nassy.

Faddy is super tired and she still has Maths A/O tutorial homework to complete. Sigh. Goodnite.

Hell yeah my niece/nephews are cute, it runs in the blood what. haha! See i'm cute too. Kinky said

"Jambu lah Fad! You found the right angel angle!"

However, the other half said

"You better change your display pic. Its giving me nightmares already.

And i conclude (since this is my blog)

"HAH! I think i look nice. Nyeh nyeh."

Ok enough of self love. By the way, dont you just love my cousin's retro specs? Everyone was taking turns posing for photos with it. Even my uncle, who is missing all his teeth except for one. (Photos of him will not be published because he wears dentures and thus it would be an embarassment if people find out his "teeth" are fakes.)

I notice that since i have a lot of pics, ive not been typing much, preferring to let the pictures speak for themselves. That is bad. Im here to improve my English. So as a reminder, "Fad! More words! Less pictures!" Done.

Yesterday was the other half and mine's 7th month together. Time flies so fast. It seems just like a few weeks back when we were still normal friends going out for coffeebean studying trips. hah. Hmm. So far i think our relationship is still as per normal, not much change (both positive and negative). Though for the past week we've been seriously lacking in communication

Scenario 1.
Meeting after school, at around 5pm.

Both characters will talk whilst eating/doing homework for roughly an hour. Aboard the bus, both knocks out dead all the way home, providing the lack of "real" conversation.

Scenario 2.
Meeting on Saturdays, after Zuhur.

Both characters will proceed to do homework on his/her own. Apparently, i'll finish first so i'll sleep while waiting for him to finish his. So by the time he's done, its around 5pm, and the both of us are shagged. We talk a lil on the way to the bus stop (approx 5min journey), and in the bus, after talking for around 10 mins, the both of us fall asleep yet again.

Scenario 3.
Nightly phonecalls.

Non-existant, or very short.
[done]

So you can see how i overjoyed i am when i received this sms;

"Good morning sweeteie.. I think i will accompany you to claire's place to return her uniform.. Haha.. I miss chatting with you ah.. Seriously.. And i'm sorry i haven been talking to you much.."

A happy 7th Monthsary to us, Is.

That aside, Hari Raya Haji this year was a blast! (Even though there were no Kambings to sacrifice). I guess its the first Hari Raya Haji where my family went out for 2 days instead of the usual 1. At first, i was rather disappointed with the plans to visit my uncles on the second day, as i have had a lot of offers from friends to go out on the same day.

My OG mates asked me along to go to Sentosa.
Nas and Farez asked if i wanted to join them at Sentosa.
The other half and his OG mates too were at Sentosa.
The Pig and Rhino asked me to go somewhere with them.
Sephy Estrellas asked me to visit NYP with them.

Sad eh? Oh well, put it this way then. By following my mom, i avoided spending money, and instead, made money. haha! So far ive collected 44 bucks. How about you?

Back to the outing. So we visited 4 houses, mainly Wak Pah's (Where i got 5 bucks, Wak Don's (where there was scrumptious food and i added rice like 2 times), Wak Ceh's (where i took like a bazillion pictures) and Wak Mik's (where i got another 5 bucks).

It gave me a chance to have a proper talk with my cousin, Anz. Happy Happy. Its been a long while since we talk properly or go out, due to my schooling schedule and her schooling cum working schedule always clashing. Took alot of pixies with her and her tembel(ooh the temptation to post them up). I love you cuzziee!

I'm missing a few people right now. If i list your name, please say Hi to me okay? Okay.

- The other Half : Boohoohoo. I hate JC schedules.
- Hakimi Manja : Oi! Dah lama kau tak contact aku! Kau nakal! Nakal!
- Nurul Nalisa : Ni Lagi satu bagidol. Mana kau di MSN ah?
- Kinky Kin : Chak pong. Our msn sucks eh kin?
- RhinoPig : Boohoohoo. See lah. Now you all dun wanna bitch with me. Pooh!
- Ikah : I miss you.

Ok im actually having a major stomachache from all the prawns that i ate two days ago (more then 10 prawns. is that fat or what?) and all the Sambal Gorengs. Im gonna go poop now i guess.

Mbeek mbeek where are you?

Friday, January 21, 2005

Hello!

We are Zachary and Sarah, and we're Kak Fad's nephew and niece respectively. Actually we cant type, but we're sending bluetooth signals to her computer. Kak Fad is feeling really tired, and she would like to sleep soon. Thus, she would like to apologise for not being able to blog tonight.

Haha! We'd like to kpo too! We're Shazwan and Harith respectively. Shazwan's the one with two missing teeth. Anyway, Kak Fad had a great day over at her Gran's surrounded with her cousins and uncles/aunts. Talking about handphones, cameras, punkrock/metal music, sanitary pads and etcetras. You name it, they've talked about it. Trust us.

So anyway, the four of us are tired too, actually, after bullying Kak Fad all day long. Therefore, we too would like to retreat back to our humble abode. Goodnight and sweet dreams!

Bye!

I was reading Abg Ari's blog. about Hari Raya Aidil'adha being the event that's supposed to be more celebrated then other events. I terasa and therefore i went around giving my wishes to all those in my list of reads. Better late then never, no?

Once again,
Selamat Hari Raya Aidil'adha to all!
May all the cows (the mbeek mbeeks are not here yet) korbaned today die in peace, and may their meat bring about rahmat!

Lookie lookie! Faddy is decked in a pinafore (is that how you spell it?)! I think i look freaking retarded, and apparently Rhino, Pig, The Other Half, my Mom as well as my Bro thinks so too. Damn. And i thought i would look nice in one.

So anyway, i am in such a mood to blog right now, though i have no idea why. Thus, i shall introduce to you the new characters in my life, my fellow JJCians! So please do not kill me when i blog about them, since now i have introduced them to you.

First up, Sangitah. She's the freaking retard of the group, who has no sense of shame. She goes around introducing herself as Princess, and only responses to that call, instead of her own name. However, she rocks lah this girl. Its like no matter how sad you are, she can cheer you up with her zany antics. And she's very very religious.

Nazeera. The other Malay in the group. A Taufik Batisah fan who already has his Cd, but is getting another one (which has his Autograph). Having a humongous crush on a Jc2 guy, and is a very friendly person. In fact, the first outsider who introduced herself to me when i first got into JJC.

The other Indian in the group, Shamini. A Cresentian who is a running freak. Whilst the rest of the class didnt run any rounds during PE (Games), she did out of her own accord, 6 rounds. Thats 2.4km mind you. I inspired to run with her, but only managed a pathetic 2 rounds before collapsing. hah! I like this girl, cuz she has this aura around her which i cant explain. waha!

The quietest girl, Hai Lin. At first she wasnt with the original group, as she was from another Orientation Group. But since she chose the same combination as Sangitah and I, she had to make new friends, and thus ended up with is. A very kindhearted and gentle girl.

Han Ning, not to be confused with Hai Lin. She's the closest to Sangitah,as they were from the same school. I dont really talk to her that much, but she takes the same History class as me (the rest took up Geog). A very very nice gal.

So that sums up my ring of close friends in JJc. The 6 of us, 2 malays, 2 chinese and 2 indians. Is that multiracial or what? In sec school, it was (and still is) me, Rhino and Pig; 1 of each race. and now its 2 from each race. Cool huh. I should be appearing on National Day Parade as a perfect example of a non-racist person. haha!

These are some of the people in my class who i talk and mingle with, the most being Yvonne (The Indon girl at the most extreme right) and Salbiah (The only Malay in the pic). The coolest thing about Yvonne is that her whole family lives in Batam, and she lives in a hostel located at Somerset.

Ok enough of new friends. The other day, after my PE (Conditioning), i met up with the Malay Alumni of Commonwealth Sec for a short meeting. And thus, met up with the Sephy Estrellas, my closest Secondary school malay friends, whom ive not met (or heard much from) in the last 2 months. All of them are now studying at YJC, while I, at JJC. Aww. Sad isnt it?

The Sephy Estrellas.

Somehow, i felt rather out of place. Its like i know nothing that they're talking about, and yeah. Like an extra. But i guess they did try their best to make me feel welcomed. If you're reading this, thanks guys. We did have a lot of fun taking pics with my phone, and if i were to load all, it'd take years (even on 256kbs). Its like gazillions and gazillions of photos. Here are a few;

Ikah Pe'ah Yana.

Sephy Estrellas.

Yana Pe'ah Me.

But i guess what saddens me the most upon meeting them, was meeting Ikah. It was a sad experience for me, being the EmoShit that i am. I truly miss the times i spent with her since sec 2. After the meeting, i sent her home (located at Woodlands), to catch up.

Ikah and I.

My com is still giving me frigging problems, and i feel like killing Bill Gates. Bloody Windows XP. Its like, when i on the comp, they prompted for a password, when there's no password to begin with. I tried all sorts of passwords, got admin passwords from my uncles who were computer experts, but to no avail. At last an uncle of mine had to come over and fix it. From now on, i have to start the computer in Safe Mode. Freakingly irritating.

I met up with Rhino and Pig for around an hour after school today to catch up. Its from Pig that i got my "new" uniform. hehe! She's now holding on to my CSS skirt, while I, her pinafore as well as SAJC PE shirt. Thanks piggy! The SA shirt is super comfy. I miss having rhino and pig around me 24-7. Sighness.

Its been a long while when me and the other half spend a proper day together. Nowadays due to our tight schedules, we only meet up for periods of around an hour together. The last long meeting we had was last week, and that too, because we were studying together. Bah! I hate JC's long hours.

Orait then. I guess thats it, so far. If anything else comes up, i shalt blog it later on at night. Good night, and a very happy Hari Raya Aidiladha to all Muslims!

Wednesday, January 19, 2005

Hello there.

Faddy has to break her promise to blog a long entry cuz she is still tired. Why? Cuz she had PE again today. Yesterday was Physical Conditioning, which mean running and exercises, while today was Games, which means.. well, games.

Perhaps soon i shall get my blog-crazy days again, and i shall blog about

1)What happened to my freaking com.

2) The new friends ive made at JJC.

3) The SephyEstrellas outing.

And yes, the replies to tags:

Ari: Haha! Chit. bilang lah abang ari brape tahun. Knape ah people when aging they tend to hide their age?

I feel pretty. Oh so pretty.

Taken from Aziz's blog.

[ Starts ]

The years haven't been too kind to you. Gone is what was once a bright shining star. The compass and guiding light in your life taken away. A companion lost.

Friendship is a very easy knot to tie. It is equally easy to unravel. A small quarrel or a slight disagreement gone uncheck could lead to a disastrous results.

We all experience loss everyso often. The loss of a friend is no exception. Friends can deteriorate to strangers, your best bud could become your worst enemy. And when it happens, it would be a tragic thing indeed. We all wish to preserve our friendships. To have a friend is to have a "north star". To have a direction.

Our friends tell us which way to go in life. And when we lose our guides in life, we begin to feel lost and alone. We feel empty. Sad.

Yet life still goes on. We carry on with our lives while at the back of our minds, lurks the everpresent nudge of missing someone.

No matter what we do and how we try to look at it, things will never be the same again. We will be haunted by the shadow of a friend lost.

The years will pass and we will go numb from the pain. There will come a day when we look back to friendship lost and can do naught but sigh. A lost friend is a tragic loss indeed.

[ Ends ]

And the memories haunt me yet again. Flashbacks to the beach, the all night conversations, the promises to be bestfriends till forever, to grow up and be lil old ladies together...

Have i mentioned im running a slight fever, having a neverending flow of fluids dripping from my nose, that my voice becomes raspy once in a while, my eyes are brimming with tears, and that i already miss the other half? wahhahhaha. Yes Rhino. I am too crazy about the other half. Can't help it lah.

Congrats to Mal, for managing to work things out between her and her other half. Hope everything works alright now okey? Compromising always works.

So anyway, there's a song thats supposed to be played in the background, but apparently ive used up my bandwith. Will someone please recommend me where i can host my music? Photobucket can only host photos and ripway apparently sucks. *Grins*

I was bored the other day, and thus i made this collage. Im pretty proud of it. Its bigger but ive resized it specially for the wallpaper on my hp.

Fadhilah . Faris
Before i begin:

Try to figure it out by the end of this entry. The answers will be at the end of the entire entry orkay? K to the original entry!

The other half bought a 20GB Zen Touch. The functions were not bad, the sound quality was great, the person he bought it from has inserted 7GB of songs. The only lowside was the rather large size and weight of the phone compared to the iPod. So as you blogders can guess, the iPod is his next target.

Kimmi smsed me this morning, asking me as well as the Sephy Estrellas whether we would want an outing. I declined, as i was feeling rather sick in the morning, and cuz i had a CCA open house in the afternoon. But things took a turn when:

i) Every single one of my friends turned out to be pontenging the CCA open house.

ii) My sickness dwindled a lil.

iii) The other half called and said he needed the money to get the Zen.

And thus, i went home straight after school, prayed Zuhur, bathed, changed and went out again to meet him after his Friday prayers. The exchange was held at Bishan, so we took a train there. All along the journey, we were rather silent, occassionally saying random stuffs. Hmm.. Perhaps both of us are super tired.

But after wolfing down lunch at Long John's, the normal hyperness returned. Whilst we were eating, the seller smsed this

"Whats Mcs?"

Oh God. and i thought everyone would know what Mcs is. (its McDonalds btw). Apparently the other half has arranged to meet at Mcs, and the guy didnt know what Mcs is. teeehee.

Please notice that there are alot of pictures in my blog nowadays. It is because i finally got a camera phone. Yes, i've got a camera PHONE. Woopdeadoo! *prances around the whole world wide web*

The other half is going bonkers as now i keep taking photos with my phone, as well as his phone. Look at his stressed face regretting spending 150 buckeroos on me. Haha!

The Nokia 7600 is now officially mine after handing over 200 bucks to the other half. huargahaha! The 'buyer' of my 3100 is my mom, who decided that a mini-digicam would be useful, and that she also needed a new substitute for her defunct ericsson. So yeah! I'm still getting used to smsing using the phone (a msg used to take at least five minutes. But the record time now is around 1 min), but overall, im in love with it! Mp3 files, video/voice recording, norm camera, a unique look. Teehee!

Hmm.. actually i intended to write about this butch, but has discarded the idea. Perhaps some other time.

And thus concludes the end of this entry. The answers to the quiz above:

I only got the last 2 correct. boohoo.

JC crash! Kedebaboooo!

After a bleedingly boring Civics lesson at the hall with the rest of the JC1s (in which i was sleeping quite soundly), i sort of 'abandoned' my OG mates (sorry guys) in order to meet the Rhino, cuz today is... JC crash day! The Pig, Astroboy as well as Lizzy came along at around 10am and were given a rather pathetic tour of JJC by the Rhino and I.

Xiu Li and Meliza

So after taking an MOE test, which i did haphazardly as the prospects of Town was calling me, the 5 of us took the train to Somerset. Aboard the train, we were like playing with this chinese toddler. Weirdly, he was like smiling whenever he looks at the pig, but emotionless whenever he looks at the rest of us. So we figured this out =

Chinese love pork. Claire's a pig. Therefore, toddler smiles.

Yum yum. Tuck in!

We got down at Somerset, and headed towards Marche. yeah i know its Non-Halal, but i was kinda full, so i didnt really felt the need to eat a heavy lunch. XiuLi and the rest wanted me to try out this potato slices thingy (which looks very very scrumptious) but i was kinda disappointed when i saw that the pan was situated in the middle of porkstuffs. So no potato thingies.

They ordered like spaghetti, chicken and stuff, all of which was non-Halal, and therefore i couldnt taste the food. I did, however, bought a cheesebun (no meatstuffs around it) and it taste real good. $1.20 and soo much better tasting and bigger in size then the usual cheesebuns at other bakeries. Im gonna get some more soon.

Rhino and Me at the ulu JJ library.

After getting ourselves filled, we proceeded to walk around Heerens and Taka. Being gluttons, we spent quite a while at the food-related stores, buying Ice Cream, cheesecake etc. We joked, shopped, bitched about others, gossiped and did alot of the things that we used to do last year.

Pig and Me.

It was like taking a trip down memory lane. I so miss hanging out together with Pig and Rhino, the three of us. Even though i end up being the so-called 'outkast' who gets bullied (2 against 1), its find with me, cuz i love these two buggers loads. If only we are still in the same school.. Sighness.

Soon, at around 415pm, we decided to head home, as Rhino and Pig were having stomach cramps and i was (and still am) feeling slightly feverish as well as having flu. It was a great day, one i will definately remember. I miss having threesomes.

[Clockwise from left] The Pig's green-blue Nikes. Rhino's blue-white Nikes. Lizzy's brown Chucks. AstroBoy's Highcut striking yellow Chucks. And my oh-so-beautiful Chucks. 3 Chucks to 2 Nikes.

Chucks rule.

Lets see..

For the first time ever since school reopened, i managed to reach home by 430pm. Syiok lah having this kind of happenings once in a while. Once i got home, i rested my tired legs over the armchair for half an hour watching TV then proceeded to bath, eat, pray then went to sleep all the way till 7pm, when the other half called to chat.

The conversation was really lame and quiet at the beginning, cuz i was still kinda stoned out from sleeping, and he just reached home from school (or rather, bowling with his cca mates). But 30 mins later we started taking on different roles. The other half became a 13 year old and i, a 15 year old. Then we started talking about life etc in kiddie voices, especially his. Haha.. Stupid lah the conversation. Stupid but very entertaining. hah!

Which reminds me...

I really miss them three. Sighness.

We had PE for the first time ever. At first i wasnt really looking forward to it, as its been a while ages since ive stepped foot onto the physical training world. But after warming up, i paired up with Shamini and together we ran and enjoyed ourselves, taking over all the girls and running upfront with the guys. It feels good running once again. Feeling the muscles expand and contract, knowing that my body is regaining its shape.

Toned legs and solid abs! Here i come!

The allocation of classes have been done up. Shamini will be in the same class as Nazeera (who is absent today, due to flu. Take care girl). I'm in the same class as Sanghita. Han Ning will be alone. Poor dear. I searched thru the class list, and managed to find 2 (or was it 3?) other Malays. Buh! I've not yet made Malay friends in JJC (except for Naz). This stresses me out, dun ask why. Haha.

I've been really lazy in returning smses (unless its from the other half) as im currently using the 7600. So if anyone smses me, please expect a call rather then a reply for the sms. haha! The other half says that if i manage to sell my 3100 and add another 50 bucks and give the total amount to him, the 7600 will be mine. Which goes to show that he'll be footing half the cost of the phone. Weahoo! Insyaallah.

But first i'll have to get a buyer. My 3100 is in suuucchh a beat-up condition. As in really. really. really beat up.

Buh!

Weahooo!!

Today was a looong day. School ended at 10am, with maths AO being the last lecture. The teacher (whom i forgot the name, again)was real nice, and for our first lesson, we learnt... Simultaneous equations. Oh wow. Haha! It was good though, starting everything from scratch.

And thus, since lessons ended real early in the morning, i sneaked out of school to meet the other half. He was supposed to pick me up, but a last minute handphone deal which cannot be missed came about, so he abandoned me for the deal, and left me to travel alone to bukit timah to meet him.

Not that im complaining though. He traded his s700i for a k700i, a 7600 and 50 buckeroos. Like woah! So he's currently using a k700i, im using his 7600 until Thursday, and he spent some of that 50 bucks today. haha!

From this.

To all these.

So anyway, we later met up at Bukit Timah, where, i got a call from dearest Rhino. She was saying that she was with the Pig at a polyclinic, and that the pig had to go for an Xray. I was shocked and worried lah, since the pig has been coughing non stop for the past few weeks. Thank God it turned out to be normal coughs. Alhamdulillah. Take care pig. Faddy loves you still.

So anyway, im too busy enjoying the phone, so i shall update using photos.

The pool table. $3.80 per hour.

Him with the balls to out on the table.

Me after winning one game out of the four that we played. Oh look how overjoyed i am.

Proceeded to makan at Al-Ameen's which was opposite the road. KACHING! (sound of wallet opening)

Ohh lookie! We met Shamini who is my new JJC fren, as well as his primary school fren.

We then boarded a bus to Paya Lebar's coffeebean.

And again he had to fork out money. One mocha ice to go!

Now tell me. Who's the hottie of the day?

Then its home sweet home!

Uhm. My brother kpoing around with my phone. Er. I mean the other half's phone. haha! He's taken btw. huaarghaha!

Hmm. One cool thing happened. As we alighted bus 154 at Paya Lebar, we proceeded to the coffeebean. Then we drank etc, then we went to the busstop around 45 mins later to get home. Upon seeing 154 approaching, we rushed, and boarded the bus. Alas, i found my ezlink missing. I paid using coins, and went up to the second deck. I searched for my ezlink and found it. Guess where?

Under the seat where i was sitting on the way to Coffeebean! Turns out we boarded the same bus as before!

Weahooo! I sure am lucky today! If not my concession pass will be gone seh. Alhamdulillah. Thank God. Really. Phew. Ok then. Back to adding more mp3s to the handphone. Teehee!

Sms from a best friend to another. (Keep in mind they have not contacted for around 2 mths)

Translated to English

- Hey ****. Dont you miss me?.. Not one news have i gotten from you.. Its as if we disappeared from each other's lives (".) haha...

~ Wei hei.. Wassup.. Where got? Relax lah. Theres still a lifetime mah ;) Niway thot you'd settle down in your new life first before i start bugging ya.

- Haha.. Whats new in life beb? Its all the same life.. Sorry i didnt contact you. My ego got in the way, as i wanted you to contact me first. But its too long a wait. Haha.. Hows life?

~ Oh ok. well the last time i talked to you, you sounded distant enough.. So.. life is cool.. Quite fun i have to say.. JJC mat haven ah?

- I was disappointed that you didnt call whatsoever so i turned my back on you. Heh. Haven really seen the mats around, too concentrate on studies lah! heh.. YJC must have loads.

~ Oh haha.. YJ got lah some which caught me and ***'s eyes. The jam and hiphop night was fab in my school! Even **** got some groovy moves!

- Waaah. Haha. It seems that every jc had clubbing night eh.. ahha.. The 3 of you if conduct an outing, bring me along uh..

~ Ok! No worry.. Eh i wanna sleep now. Kind of sick ah.. Talk to ya some other time k! Nite! Sweet dreams dear!

I do miss her, even though i try to make myself not to. There's too much of the turbulent rollercoaster ride of life that ive shared with her. My highest ups and my lowest downs. Maybe one day we'll be together again. Insyallah.

[[ NEWS ]]
ARGH!!! Rhino's sister has an interviewing job with non other than our Singapore Idol, Taufik Batisahhhhh. She'll talk to him, take photos and stuff that journalists do. ARGh!! i sooo wanna join mass com at this point of time.

Pfft.

The other half.

Wargh! The JC schedule really sucks. Its like we have lessons once in a while and have at least a total of 2hrs free period in between. Waste of time i tell you. Buh! But on the other hand, the lectures were not as boring as i deem it to be.

Basically I hung out with Nazeerah, Sanghita, Han Ning, Shamini and Amy the whole day.

I gatecrashed into the literature lecture and damn do i regret not taking it. Insyallah after the first 3 months i will get it. The teacher, Mr Timothy Dore, an AngMoh, was like so literaturish, unlike the teachers i got in sec school. Buh!

Later on in the day i had an economics lecture. After hearing the other half's laments about how hard econs is, i was kinda prepared for the worst. However, surprise surprise, its not that bad.

That reminds me. Me and the Rhino are on talking terms again. Hehe! Im so happy.

So back to the story. After econs we had a 2hr break, so me and Nazeerah as well as an East View girl named Sarah explored the school. The library was kinda big, but it was super ulu, reminding me of the old Jurong East library. The books were all studies-related, not much story books. Bleah!

After the break, me and Han Ning proceeded to the history class. Again, it wasnt that bad. Sitting beside Han Ning stresses me into writing down notes, as she is forever writing down notes (even writing down notes when we had a talk on i-forgot-what).

School was supposed to end at 1230, but as mentioned earlier in the last paragraph, we had a talk on something. As you can see, i wasnt paying attention at all, rather, preferring to sleep/finish reading up my book/sms the other half/joking about. I do remember someone asking

"So what do you do, if you are a librarian, then 2 guys are having a "fight" in the library. One of them wants the window closed, while the other wants it to be open?"

And to which one guy went upfront, got hold of the mike and said

"In Singapore right, where got library open air? So of course must close the window since got air-con."

Talking about funny stuff, Kinky's and Syaza's homemade video clip of the song I'm Not ok (i promise) by Chemical Romance made me and both my brothers laugh till our sides hurt yesterday night. Good job kinky. Now go direct a comedy.

Us tinkering about with the phone. The pic quality kinda bad, cuz i forgot to focus. heeehe.

Sunday, January 09, 2005

Currently hooked onto:

Nas came over in the early evening, at around 3pm and we had one of those talking sessions again. So we like talked for around an hour, before she had to leave at 4pm to meet her Pirates so that they can attend a gig together.

I know i didnt give much of a good advise, Nas, i'm sorry. But i hope i did make a good listening ear. Be strong girl. Faddy loves you lots.

Mal, you take care too beb. Insyaallah things will be ok k?

The other half has bought a

S700i

Oh geeez.. Thats like the 20-sumthing time he changed his phone in the last 6 months or so. But yeah, i do dig the camera functions on the phone. The sms-ing part is a tad too troublesome though. How i know?

Cuz he came down at 630pm just to see me for half an hour even though his house is like 45mins journey from my place. Awwwww. haha. Its the lil things he does which makes me go all gooey. So as we were testing and poking around his new phone, he suddenly proclaimed

"You.. Im gonna sell this phone and get another phone, an mp3 player and give some money to my mom."

This coming from a guy who just bought the phone like 30mins ago. 1.2.3. Lets all say

Tauhueeeyyy~

I'll add the pics when he gets online later and passes the pixies to me. Till then.
"You know.. I think we should really thank God for what we have right now Fad. Both you and I have got into our first choice schools, and even with our tight schedules we still try to make time for each other. We seldom fight, and even if we do, it lasts for only a day, then the both of us will make up. There's no major problem that we have between us.." - The Other Half

Alhamdulillah.

On the other hand, things have taken a downturn for the people around me...

For example, ten minutes after i put down the phone with the other half, my cousin called to inform that she and her guy have broken up due to his over-possesiveness. People say i'm possesive, but i guess her guy (now ex) is even more possesive. Its like she has to ask his permission to go out anywhere. Like

Scenario One.
Couz: You.. may i go to the coffeeshop downstairs with my best friend? (Time: 1130pm)
Him: NO. Go home now.

Scenario Two.
Couz: You.. Im eating lunch with a male colleague. There's supposed to be 4 of us, but 2 of them cancelled last minute. The guy im eating with is already engaged and gonna be married soon.
Him: NO. You leave now!

So yeah. See? Im not that possesive what.

A friend is having a huge problem with her guy due to an ex coming into a picture. In a state of drunkenness, her guy french-kissed his ex. Thats why i always say, drinking is bad...

Another friend's guy has not been contacting her much, sometimes having no news at all for 2 days...

Besides that, my Mom was telling me about how the bodies of SriLankan people were buried. Its like they didn't even wrap the bodies, and not an ounce of respect was given to these people. Tractors were used to fling their body into the holes, or people just carried and threw the bodies in. The victims have already suffered a terrible death, the least people can do is respect them.

And there's this weird phenomena of the opposite movement called "Retrograde Motion"
Most scientist state that all the planets will go through the same once at least and our planet Earth is one of them. Planet Earth will move in the opposite direction some day and the sun will rise from the west, and it may occur soon.

Not to mention, i was reading up about tsunamis, the earth crusts etc. And what i learned was that sometimes extreme weather changes occur every 250 000 or so years, the last one being the Ice Age (which was much more then 250 000 years ago). Earthquakes reaching high in the Righter scale used to occur once in around 70 or so years, but now occur more frequently. Thus leading me to conclude

Is the End really coming near?

Saturday, January 08, 2005

We went to the library and some cafe to talk.

Huarghahaha. I met the other half at outram, so that he can collect his spoilt ps2 at a shop located at Chinatown. Buh! And to think he used it for less then a month and that it was first hand. Total cost of repairs = $70.

Anyway, it was my first trip to Chinatown-ish areas, so i was kinda amazed by the sights and sounds. It was so cheena! The red cloths draped at the railings, mandarin characters pasted everwhere, shops selling Ginseng etc, old nonyas and apeks talking loudly amongst themselves... I felt kinda out of place in my tudung.

Then as usual we went to Esplanade's library, where i got myself a couple of Plays to read. Was contemplating on grabbing some DvDs sitting enticingly on the shelves, but decided against it as i'm tight on time.

There were some really nice sculptures by Botero on display. All his artworks were of people/animals who are.. lets put it as horizontally-challenged. It was kinda cute lah. Like teddy bears waiting to be hugged. Awww.

I particulaly liked the sculpture entitled "horse" (1999) which was placed near the pubs. So cute! Im still drawing up a plan on how to bring it home with me so that i can ride on it in my dreams. Weaahoo!

After the trip to the library, we actually intended to sit at West Coast Park's McCafe to chat, but decided against it since it was going to rain. So we then did an impromptu decision to play bowling at Chevrons.

BIG mistake.

I made a total fool out of myself boohoo. I managed to score a pathetic measly 31 points, and that too, with the help of a strike by the other half. So horrible!! Its like the kiddo who was in the next lane even managed to get 60plus (i peeped at his score) Haiyo!! It was like..

roll roll roll... GUTTER BALL!
"I shall not give up!"

roll roll roll... GUTTER BALL!
"That was pure bad luck!"

roll roll roll... 1 pin down!
"Yay! Getting better!"

roll roll roll... GUTTER BALL!
"You play for me!!"

He roll roll roll... STRIKE!
"*******!!!"

He did not bad, scoring 117 on the first game and 134 on the second. Pooh! I didnt play a second game as i would be wasting money then with all the gutter balls. Bleargh.

So after seeing that i was hopeless in bowling, we decided to play pool. Lalala.. Guess what? It was another case of big mistake.

Actually not that big ah, since i did manage to get a few balls in. hehe. The first game sucked, but the second was not bad. No surprises he won me again. Bleargh. But once again im feeling addicted to pool, and i really wanna practice more. So i guess the next time i go out with the other half, it would be at Bukit Timah, where there are hordes of pool tables. Weahoo!

Im supposed to accompany my brothers to collect their bursary tomorrow morning at 1030am. Bleargh. It means having to wake up early. Damnations.

The mother has opened another shop for her Traditional Malay medicine (Jamu). Im supposed to be all happy, yeah, i do thank God for the rezeki but i really dread helping out at the shop, which i now have to some weekends.

Sigh. I hate facing makciks makciks who are like so freaking kpo. Then the shop also cause my mom to spend less time at home. Buh. Yeah it does bring in money.. but.. Donolah.. Its like everytime she comes home tired, she nags and nags and nags about the tiniest little things. Can't blame her though.

Ok then im gonna watch soccer, Singapore Vs Indonesia. So far so good, the score being 2-0 respectively. Weahoo!

Go Lions Roaaarrrrr!!

Its early morning at 11:08am. I'm all set in my tudung waiting to go out. Was supposed to leave at 11am, meet the other half at 12pm. But the mom wanted me to be on guard in case daddy has to leave for work before my uncle could come. So im just chilling at home till 12pm, and am meeting the other half later at 1pm.

No guesses where we're going; to a library then some cafe to chill and talk. My friends ask me

"Faddy, like why the hell do you and your other half do such boring stuff?"

Actually i'd say its not that boring what. I mean there are couples out there who go to the beach/movies etc together, but never even talk. Like for us, we go library cuz i wanna borrow books, then we go cafes to talk and spend real time with each other. Oh how i miss the other half.

Aww look how cute the other half is. teeheehee.

So anyway, other then missing him, i do miss alot of people. Like for example the pig, rhino (even tho we have not talked for 4 days), Nasuha and Kimi. I have not taken a look at my lecture schedules (woah that sounds so grown up), but from what i heard, every schooling day starts at 7:30am and ends at around 4 to 5pm. Sigh.

I am drastically in need of time.

WARNING! EXTREMELY BORING CONTENT MEANT FOR MY OWN READ!

Im baaaack.

First and foremost, i'd like to take back my words on dreading the JJC camp. It was superb, the best camp ive ever been to my whole life. I entered with so much doubt in me, but left with a strong sense of unity with my JJCians.

Chey. That so sounds like propaganda. hahaha.

But seriously, i meant it. The Orientation Group Leaders and councillors were a very dedicated and passionate bunch of people. Could see that they did the whole orientation out of the willingness of their own hearts, and that the duty was not forced unto them.

First Day.

Whilst sitting in my Daddy's lorry on the way to school, i got an sms from Amy (who is my buddy. We were in Commonwealth sec before, but didnt really talk. But we stuck with each other 24-7 in the camp). We met up at the canteen then proceed to the hall, where we gathered with our other OG mates and our OGLs.

My group's (OG3) OGL were

- Merilyn: The pretty and gentle one. She left the first impression on me, as she was the first to talk to me and made me feel welcomed. She's the one i talked to the most.

- Serene: At first i didnt like her much, but as the days go by, i can say that she's the most passionate one and really cared for our wellbeing.

- Onn Shaun: The only guy in the 4-person team. He tends to be really quiet and prefers to talk to us one by one rather then in groups. I find him cute lah. haha. And surprisinly, he performed on the electric guitar on JJ night.

- Maureen: She's the most siao kao amongst the four, and really cared for our wellbeing. So much so that she became the watergirl. Filling up bottles of honeywater every 30 mins so that we wont get dehydrated.

We had our first mass dance, and i paired up with Amy. We took turns becoming the guy dancer, so it was rather weird when i had to propose to her. haha! feel like lesbo lah! Learned the dance steps to Hey Ya (my favourite) and Round the Clock (which is a very old school song). Mass dance is the activity i look forward to everyday, cuz yes, i love dancing (even tho i dance like a robot).

Heading the whole school was Nazreen, one of the councillors. I really love the way she talks to the crowd, her openness, and fooh! Her moves power lah! So sekksii. If i was a guy, i'd fall in love with her. Haha!

My OG was rather toned down, as we were not really close to one another. Nearing the evening, Serene 'talked' to us, and she cried, cuz she couldnt take the pressure. I felt sorry, so i made a resolution to participate in day 2, and not make life hard for the OGLs who were really trying their best.

Then at night, we had a singing/cheering session at the Lecture Theatre, again headed by Nazreen as well as this guy named Apple.

There was a time when Yi Hao sang and Andre played the guitar. Power lah the voice and the guitar! So i was sitting right in front lah, first row. When he stopped singing, i actually said "continueee", as i thought the campers would be clapping. But noooo, the theatre was quiet, and people in 5m radius around me, including YiHao, Andre, my OGLs and Nazreen, heard me. Gosh. So malu.

Hippo eh tai tai ehhh ya. (Unbotton shirt)
Oh hippo eh tai tai eh. (Unzip pants)
Woosh! (Thrusts forward)

Second Day.

We had a game called World War Three, where there were a lot of stations. In the beginning, my OG was still kinda quiet, so i decided to lead the troupe in cheers and stuff. hehe. im kinda proud of myself.

There was this station at the Netball court. We were waiting for the our opponent lah, so we had alot of time to mix around. At that point of time, we were so damn high.

Highness + A fire hose + ankle high water + lots lots lots of soap + JJ spirit + Mr Leow (a teacher who acts like a student) = FUN!!!!!!!!

I never had so much fun in my entire life i tell you. Its like we cheered ourselves hoarse and slipped and slid in the soapy water. Its like having a mass bathing session after rolling about in mud and flour in the other stations.

We again had another mass dance, tho i forgot what the titles are, (tho theres one song by JLo and one more by McFly.) This time round i danced with a guy, who, again, i forgot what his name was. Kinda boring lah dance with him. He's like the "sian sian" kinda guy.

Then at night we had JJ Night. waaahh power lah! Onn Shaun performed two numbers with his band, and the campers sorta moshed. haha. Then we had performances by each family, and more mass dance. I paired up with Amy again.

But later on we had an impromptu Chori Chori dance, banghra beats and the works. Syiok man! The whole hall was like enjoying ourselves, letting our hair down.

JJ JJ is the best. We're gonna dump the rest into the trash. We're gonna S-C-O-R-E we're gonna F-I-G-H-T. JJ JJ is the best. United we stand, divided we fall. We will we will step (stamp feet) you like a gingerbread and never let you step (stamp feet) us back. Step (stamp feet) step (stamp feet) Ohh la la. Step (stamp feet) step (stamp feet) woosh!

Last Day.

Basically we had less action, and more talk today. Talked about the unity, the passion, the JJ spirit and stuff.

Then again, we had another round of Mass Dance, where we danced all the dances. I was actually paired with a gal from some other OG, but a rather cute guy names James from Dunearn Sec asked me to dance with him, while his partner with mine. My partner agreed, so we swapped partners. It was the best mass dance session i had, as James was really "on" and we were like laughing and smiling all the way.

Then came the batch song. No surprises, it was "I dream" by Taufik. The whole hall swayed and sang, and i cried again. hehehe. Emo lah.

Finally, it was time to return home to our families. I didnt mind at all that we were released at 1 even tho the initial plan was at 1030. Shook hands with James, hug my OG mates and OGLs and proceeded to home sweet home.

One bad thing about the camp was the food. IT WAS GROTESQUE. There was a meal, in which we were served rice, taugeh and tofu. What the hell. I gave the taugehs to Amy, and ate only 1/3 of the packet.

The only thing that stopped me from enjoying myself 100% was missing the other half. Boohoo. If only he was in JJ, then we could dance together. Aww. haha!

Ok then, im dead pooped. Good night.

In my mind
I can climb
All the mountains that surround me
My spirit’s there, where eagles dare to fly

In my heart
There’s a spark
That can light the world around me
An open door, where I am sure dreams are

It doesn’t matter if I win
Or the colour of my skin
Cause the race is all about
Believing in yourself

And I dream
I can run
Like the wind
And be strong
When my heart just wants to give in
I dream
I can be
The hero that’s in me
When I dream, I dream

If there’s a time
In your life
When the odds are so against you
There’s no defeat, if all you keep is pride
First or last
Slow or fast
There’s a dignity that makes you
Keep driving on, when world’s have come apart

It doesn’t matter rich or poor
Or the things you’ve done before
Cause the race is all about
Believing in yourself

And I dream
I can run
Like the wind
And be strong
When my heart just wants to give in
I dream
I can be
The hero that’s in me
When I dream, I dream

I dream
Of a moment
That forever will be golden
When the torch is passed
Only dreams will last
That are shared by everyone

And I dream
I can run
Like the wind
And be strong
When my heart just wants to give in
I dream
I can be
The hero that’s in me
When I dream, I dream..

Just a short announcement here. Faddy shall be away for 3 days and 2 nights due to the JJC camp. Do not expect any entries. If any entries were to appear in the duration of the next 3 days, it is not typed by me. Ok bye guys. Faddy will miss you blogders. Muacks.

:: PMS ENTRY PART 2 ::

I took one freaking hour to pack up my stuff. And i have a big bag, a shoe bag and a sleeping bag to carry to school tomorrow. I am annoyed and im still pissed off. The other half and i took a pic together and i look so fugly while the other half looks hot. Sheesh.

ARGH!! IM HAVING MAJOR PMS. STAY CLEAR.
WARNING:PMS-INFUSED BLOG ENTRY.
Not for the faint hearted.

I have fifteen minutes to blog before i need to bathe and have my much needed rest. The 3days 2nights camp starts tomorrow, and we JJCians need to report around 6.45am. Seems that we have to report earlier each passing day.

Sigh. I'm tired.

And i can say im quite a loser. Second day, and still not much friends. The thing about me is, whenever im with a partner, i just don't know what to say. I'll only open up when its like a group. But how to join a group when i don't have any friends? Buh.

The Rhino was supposed to meet me this morning at the maingate bus stop, but she overslept, so she alighted at the back gate busstop. I, waited from 6:45 to 7:05 to no avail. So i called, and she said she was at the backgate busstop, and that we shall meet at the canteen.

So fine, i stood up and went to the canteen. I looked around for 5 mins, but didnt see her. So i called, but noone picked up the phone. The other JJCians were already heading towards the field, so i decided to move also, since i thought she already went there.

Then she called, but i couldnt feel the vibration, so i didnt pick it up. Upon noticing the "missed call", i called her back. Then she picked up. Turns out she was still at the canteen.

My fault isit? I waited outside, i searched for her at the canteen, called her, but just couldnt get her. And she refused to "talk" to me the whole day, calling me a betrayer, or rather, an alien.

**** lah. I'm not gonna say sorry. Its not my fault.

I am so tired. I have a camp which i dread as it is very troublesome to have camp when i'm having my 'time of the month'. I have not made much friends (which is entirely my fault). I am really pissed of with Rhino.

I am not, i repeat, not in a good mood.

Sigh.

Dear Mommy,

On the first day of school at Jurong Junior College,

I made almost no real friends because i guess i wasn't friendly enough. Boohoo. But its ok, i did smile to a couple of people, so perhaps we could one day be friends.

Whilst sitting down in the hall listening to inspirational talks, i glanced around looking for familiar faces. I almost got a heart attack when i saw a guy who looks like a guy from the past. Luckily it turned out to be a mistaken identity kinda thing.

After school, me and the rhino went to the Cheese Prata shop to meet Astrogirl and Pig to talk about our day. The mat who was taking our orders kept staring at us, and talked to me when i wanted to go to the loo.

"You want to go to the toilet?"

And i was like "nope.. just wanna wash hands.."

"Oh... Its there ok?" [Points]

Then he followed me and on the lights for me. Then he sat, and stared at us somemore. In the words of kinky, "Waddabubba?"

Then i left the trio, and met the other half. We sat, and talked about our day for an hour or so. Then i got major period cramps, so i went home.

I am very tired. And i am typing slapshodly.

Go watch "Hanyut" on Suria, every Monday 8:30pm. Its a very good documentary. I would like to restate my vow never to have premarital sex ever.

Goodnight. I have to reach school at 0700 hours.

Buh. I've realised i haven't made new year resolutions. I usually break mine, but neh, for the sake of tradition, here goes:

1) Get my studies up and running. 2 years in JC should not be a period where i will one day look back and say "Damn i shouldnt have slacked."

2) Work out. I want my abs and toned legs back. (altho i didnt have much to begin with)

3) Keep in touch with Ashrithaa, Claire, Hakim and Nas. Cuz we're all now moving into different paths of life. They're the ones whom i'd treasure all my life.

4) Be closer to God. I've been swayed by worldly materials, its time to get back to God.

5) As far as possible, try not to expect too much from the other half, and treasure our relationship. Ive been too possesive, too sensitive and too unreliable. I do not want to lose him again.

InsyaAllah.
Boohoohoo. Due to the constant rain pouring down from heavens above, jogging has been cancelled. I was quite sad, as now i'd have to wait 2 more days to see the other half. Oh well. Patience is virtue.

My brothers have been cracking this so called "joke" on everyone (Apologies, its a Malay languaged joke):

Brother: Eh kau tahu tak fasal perkara ini?

Person: Perkara tu? Oh tahu tahu.

Brother: Tahu? Ah tahu takpe, tempeh taknak. Taugeh lebih skit.

.....uhm.....
I have to admit i am feeling rather proud of myself, cuz i have converted my room from a hellhole (or rather, a rat's nest) into a sparklingly clean room in 2hours. If only i had a camera, i would be oh-so-proud to show you the Before and After pictures.

In the 2 hours, i

- Wiped the floor using a special cloth.
- Sweeped the floor.
- Mopped the floor.
- Cleared the clutter on the table, to allow studying.
- Cleared the Sec books from the shelves, to allow JC books. (Chey! Big ah!)
- Wiped the dust off the table and shelves.
- Cleared the rubbish bin.
- Rearranged my pillows and cushions and teddies.
- Get all cds back into their appropriate cases.
- Get all clothes back into the wardrobe neatly.

And a lil side dish;

- Shaved my legs so that i can start wearing my school skirt! wahahaha.

So anyway, jogging has been postponed as the sky is still shedding tears. Lets hope the sky clears. Its been long since ive spent time with the other half.

The brothers are back from helping out at Masjid Al-Ghufran. Apparently they've been carrying heavy boxes full of donations to and fro in the rain. Lets hope they get sick. Then i can use the comp full time. Wahahaa!

The other half surprised me yesterday night by saying,

"Tell me the formula of the cosine rule."

And yes, like what you would have guessed, i've forgotten. Damn. How to start school which,

starts tomorrow. If you refer to my archives, i was really looking forward to it. But yeah, i seem to have changed my mind. Why? Cuz JJC is a freaking over-enthu school. I feel like dying.

A guy called me 2 days ago, telling me to reach school at 7 bleeding am (when every other school needs the students to report at 8am).

THEN he tells me to wear PE attire and meet at the school field, thus leading to an assumption that sports related activities will occur on the first day of school.

and THEN he got the cheek to tell me that the camp will cost $88. What sia? 3 days, 2 nights - 88 freaking bucks? Sheesh. They'd better be feeding us PizzaHut for Breakfast, Lunch, Teatime as well as supper.

I am not, i repeat, not, looking forward to school.

I want holidaaaaaaaaaaaaaays!

xx Scene One xx

Camera is focused on a sleeping alien. Around her, a cluttered mess can be seen; clothes, books and cds seems to cover up most of the floor space. The room is dark and gloomy. Alicia Keys's voice can be heard in the background, along with a soft patter of raindrops on the window.

(The sound of a handphone ringing can be heard)

(The alien wakes up groggily. She reaches out for the vibrating handphone)

Alien (Reading aloud): Eh Alien! Tomoro CONFIRMED meeting at Jurong East Mcdonald for breakfast at 8:30am then we go to the SPH centre to volunteer.

(The alien tosses the handphone to a corner, and closes her eyes)
(Soft light seems to fill up the room. The Alicia Keys song has stopped, but the pitter patter of the raindrops can be clearly heard)

(The handphone rings again. The alien wakes up startled, experience 5second blindness, and searches for the handphone. She finally manages to grab hold of it)

Rhino: Hello?

Alien: (Groggy voice) Yah what?

Rhino: Did you just wake up or something?

Alien: Uhh. Yah. Why? What time now?

Rhino: (Almost shouting) Its 8am!

Alien: (Greatly alert) Woops. I can't make it in time.

Rhino: (Laughs) Neither can the pig and i. We just woke up also.

Alien: (Joins in laughter) Ok then 9:30am we meet at the same place.

xx Scene Two xx

Settings: Camera is focused on an alien, a pig and a rhino sitting at the corner table at McDonalds. The table is full of half-eaten fastfood. Girls are talking with animated and exxagerated movements. A clock showed the time; 10:30am. McDonalds theme song "Padap pa pa paaa, Im Lovin' it" can be heard, as well as the loud thunder from the rainstorm outside.

(A different ringtone is heard. The Rhino reaches out for the handphone placed in her pocket. The other two looks on)

Alien: Oooh Rhino! Who sms? Your baby isit? (Becomes increasingly annoying as she tries to peer at the screen)

Rhino: Shut up lah alien! (Proceeds to read the contents of the message, as the other two looks on)Eh! My friend say SPH doesnt accepted volunteers already. They already have enough.

Piggy: (Puzzled expression) Really? I thought you asked the lady yesterday?

Rhino: Yah what. She said can. She said they needed volunteers for today and Sunday. Ok ok i call her again to reconfirm.

(Rhino proceeds to dial a number, while the pig and alien engage themselves in their own conversation, but muted)

Rhino: Hi.. i called you yesterday, you said you were in need of volunteers?

Lady: Yes, but now the maximum numbers of volunteers have been attained. Im sorry.

Rhino: Oh ok thanks. (She hangs up the call, and looked enquiringly at the two girls who were gorging themselves with food)

Alien: (dissapointed) Sigh.. Then how? Where do we go?

xx Scene Three xx

Settings: The same as before. However, the table is full with empty food packagings and the clock showed the time; 11:30am

(Girls are talking, discussing where to proceed)

(Alien suddenly gets up)

Alien: Eh you two give me a moment ah! Proceeds to go to the sink area 3m away, stays there for 3 seconds, then return to seat)

Rhino: Where you go?

Alien: Heehe. I went to fart.

Rhino: (shakes head) As usual. So Pig whats the plan?

Piggy: We go cit- WALAOEH! ALIEN! STINKS EY! (covers up nose in distaste)

Rhino: (screams in agony, covers nose)

Alien: (Smiles weakly) Teeheehee.

xx Scene Four xx

Settings: Camera focused on the three girls crowded together, holding on to an MRT railing. The MRT is packed to the brim with people from all walks of life.

Commuter One: Oi Raju! What time? Bossman wants us to report by 8pm.

Commuter Two: Can lah Bala! Now only 6:45pm. sure got enough time.

Piggy: Bla bla bla bla.

Rhino: Bla bla bla bla bla!

Piggy: Bla bla bl- sniff sniff. whats that smell?

Rhino: sniff sniff.

*smell gets really strong until everyone around the 3 girls cover their noses in disgust*

Rhino and Pig: ALIEEEEEEENNN!!!!

Alien: I SUMPAH TO GOD IT WASNT ME!

(PS. I sumpah to God it really wasnt me.)

xx Scene Five xx

Settings: The alien is walking up the stairs to her house. The area is dark, and the place is empty. Rain can still be heard.

Alien: Wah. 7:30pm. Im freaking late. Supposed to be home by 6:30pm. Wah die die. (Walking pace is quicken) Eh? But mom and dad is out what? So i can just sneak in. Surely the won't find out since i'll bribe the two brothers.

(Alien knocks on door)
(silence)
(knocks again)
(silence)

Alien: Wah! They deaf isit? Must be playing Diablo2 until so syiok! (she reaches out for her handphone, proceeds to dial a number) Call lah. Surely can hear.

(calls)
(no answer)

(she dials again)

(calls no answer)
(no answer)

Alien: Wah die. Must call mom already.

Alien: Hello? Where is everyone?

Alien Mommy: WHERE ARE YOU? COME HOME SO LATE THEN NEVER SOLAT ASAR!

Alien: Sorry sorry. The MRT was super duper crowded lah.

Alien Mommy: Excuses! Excuses! Come over! We're going to the grannies!

OOOH BUSTED!!

Full story will be posted soon. I have to clean up the horrendous mess in my room, clear my bowels, and get ready to go jogging with the other half (that is, if the rain stops soon).

Goodbye 2004. Welcome 2005.

Things definately took a turn, on the last day of 2004. I am overjoyed. No words can describe how much. But i am. Ive learnt my lesson.

2005. A new year. A new beginning.
